What Lawson Portable Toilets Rental collects through this website and phone calls, and how it is used.
What we collect
When you send the quote form, we collect the delivery ZIP, phone number, dates, unit type, quantity and guest or crew count you enter. When you call, we record the details needed to quote and book your rental, such as the delivery address and placement notes. Calls may be recorded for quality and training.
How form data is handled
Quote form submissions are sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which forwards them to our business email. We do not sell or rent your information. We use it only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, bill and pick up your rental, and to contact you about it.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment processor through a secure invoice link. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page visits and calls; these do not identify you personally.
How long we keep data
Rental records are kept as long as needed for billing, tax and legal purposes. Quote requests that do not become rentals are deleted within 12 months.
Your choices
